Lemo TV Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, who sees it, and the rights you have over your data.
Lemo TV ("we", "us", "our") takes your privacy seriously. This Lemo TV privacy policy lays out — in plain English — what personal data we collect when you visit lemoeiptv.cam or use our IPTV service, why we hold it, and the rights you have over it. If anything here isn't clear, send us a message and we'll explain it.
1. Who We Are
Lemo TV is a paid IPTV subscription service. We're the people behind the channels, the apps and the support line. For any privacy question, the fastest route is our contact page or a quick WhatsApp message. We're staffed 24/7, so you won't be left waiting.
2. Data We Collect
What you give us directly
- Email address — we need this to set up your account and send your login details. Without it, the service can't reach you.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partners (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto processors). Your full card number never lands on our servers.
- Name — optional. We only ask if you write in to support and we need it to address you properly.
- Support conversations — anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form. We keep these so we can pick up where the last chat left off.
What we pick up automatically
- IP address — used briefly to spot fraud and to set the right local pricing. We don't keep a long-term log of it.
- Browser and device info — collected through cookies so the site loads cleanly on whatever you're using.
- Pages you visit and time on site — through analytics cookies. The full breakdown lives in our Cookies Policy.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To open and run your Lemo IPTV subscription account.
- To send you your login credentials, renewal reminders and service notices.
- To run payments through our processors and confirm them on our end.
- To answer your support questions and follow up if needed.
- To keep the site healthy and catch fraudulent activity early.
- To meet legal and tax-record obligations.
We do not sell your personal data. Full stop. We also don't use it for automated profiling that produces legal effects on you.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you're in the European Union or UK, here's why we're allowed to handle your data:
- Contract performance — we process your email so we can deliver the subscription you paid for.
- Legitimate interests — fraud checks and keeping the service running smoothly.
- Consent — for analytics and marketing cookies. You can pull that consent back any time from the cookie banner.
- Legal obligation — where a law says we must keep the data.
5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU & UK Residents)
If you live in the European Economic Area or the UK, you've got the following rights:
- Right to access — ask for a copy of what we hold on you.
- Right to rectification — tell us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Right to erasure — ask us to wipe your data (the "right to be forgotten").
- Right to restrict processing — tell us to pause certain uses of your data.
- Right to data portability — get your data back in a machine-readable file.
- Right to object — push back on any processing we rely on legitimate interests for.
- Right to withdraw consent — anytime, for anything cookie-based.
To use any of these, drop us a line through the contact page. We aim to reply within 30 days, usually a lot faster.
6. Your Rights Under CCPA (California Residents)
If you're in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and why we collect it.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Opt out of any "sale" of your data. We don't sell it, but the right still applies.
- Not be treated differently for using any of the above.
To file a CCPA request, hit our contact page.
7. Your Rights Under LGPD (Brazil Residents)
If you're in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados gives you the same kind of rights — access, correction, deletion, portability, and a clear explanation of how your data is used. Reach out through the contact page and we'll handle it.
8. Who We Share Data With
We only share data with three groups, and only when there's a clear reason:
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, crypto gateways) — to take payment and confirm it.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics) — anonymised, and only if you've accepted the cookie.
- Law enforcement — only when a valid legal request requires it.
9. Data Retention
We hold your email for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after it ends so cancellations and refunds can be sorted. If you ask us to delete sooner, we will. Payment records stick around longer — typically 7 years — because tax law says they must.
10. Cookies
We set a handful of cookies on this site. Some are needed for the site to work, others help us see what's being read. The full list and how to switch them off is in our Cookies Policy.
11. International Data Transfers
Lemo TV serves customers worldwide, so your data may be processed on servers outside your home country. When that happens, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards to make sure the protection travels with the data.
12. Children's Privacy
Lemo TV isn't aimed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you're a parent and you spot that your child has signed up, contact us and we'll close the account and remove the data straight away.
13. Security
Everything moves over HTTPS. Access to subscriber data is locked down to the small number of staff who actually need it. We review our security setup on a regular basis and patch issues quickly when they come up. No system is bulletproof, but we don't take shortcuts.
14. Changes to This Policy
We update this Lemo TV privacy policy when something changes — a new processor, a new feature, a new law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. For anything material, we'll email active subscribers so you're not blindsided.
15. Contact
Privacy question or a request you'd like us to action? Use our contact page or message us on WhatsApp. We aim to come back to you within 48 hours.
