Lemo TV Terms & Conditions

Have a quick read before you sign up or hit play. These are the rules that cover your Lemo TV subscription.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") cover how you use the Lemo TV website at lemoeiptv.cam and the Lemo IPTV subscription service. When you sign in, start a trial, or buy a plan, you're telling us you've read these Terms, you get them, and you're good with them.

1. Accepting These Terms

By opening an account, kicking off the free trial, or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If any of this doesn't sit right with you, don't use the service — it's that simple.

2. What the Service Is

Lemo TV gives you access to a curated lineup of live TV channels and on-demand video delivered over the internet (the "IPTV service"). It runs on a subscription model, with these options:

  • Three-month, six-month, and twelve-month subscription plans.
  • One-screen, two-screen, and three-screen connection tiers.
  • A 24-hour free trial, one per account.

Channels, content, and features can shift by region, and they can change without us telling you in advance.

3. Your Account

  • You need a working email address to register.
  • Keeping your login details safe is on you.
  • Don't hand your credentials to other people. A Lemo TV subscription is for your personal household — that's the deal.
  • You must be 18 or older (or whatever the legal adult age is where you live) to subscribe.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lemo IPTV legally and in a way that doesn't step on anyone else's rights. That means you can:

  • Stream content on your own devices for your own viewing — not commercial use.
  • Use the service at home, up to the number of simultaneous connections your plan allows.

5. What You Can't Do

The following will get your account pulled, no refund:

  • Sharing, reselling, or handing out your login or access to the service.
  • Running bots, scrapers, or any kind of automation against our platform.
  • Trying to get around geo-restrictions or any security controls we have in place.
  • Recording, ripping, or saving content for redistribution.
  • Using Lemo TV for commercial purposes — bars, gyms, salons, hotels — without our written go-ahead.
  • Anything that drags down our servers or network for other subscribers.

If you break the rules above, we'll suspend the account right away and you won't get money back.

6. Payment & Billing

  • Prices show in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
  • Payments run through third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, or crypto). We don't store your card or wallet details on our side.
  • Plans are paid in full up front for the period you picked — 3, 6, or 12 months. There's no auto-renewal.
  • Near the end of your term we'll email you. If you want to keep going, you renew manually.

7. Cancelling Your Plan

You can cancel any time — ping us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Cancelling stops any future charges. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Short version: the 24-hour money-back guarantee only applies to your first Lemo TV purchase. Anything after that isn't refundable.

9. Service Availability

We shoot for 99.9% uptime, and we hit it most of the time. That said, we can't promise the service will never blip. We're not on the hook for downtime caused by:

  • Your home internet, router, or device acting up.
  • Planned or emergency maintenance on our side.
  • Stuff outside our control — power cuts, ISP outages, force majeure.
  • Channel providers going dark or licensing changes that pull a feed.

10. Intellectual Property

The content you stream is owned by, or licensed to, the channel providers. Lemo TV doesn't own the broadcast feeds — we deliver them. The Lemo TV site design, code, logo, and branding are ours.

11. Limit of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Lemo TV isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages tied to your use of the service. If you do have a claim under these Terms, the most we'd owe you is the amount you paid for the current subscription period — nothing more.

12. Indemnification

You agree to keep Lemo TV, its team, and its agents out of trouble — meaning you'll cover any claims, damages, or costs that come from you breaking these Terms or misusing the service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms run under applicable international commercial law. If something goes sideways, we'll try to talk it out in good faith first. If that doesn't fix it, the dispute heads to binding arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms now and then. When we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using Lemo TV after that, you're accepting the new version.
